What we collect

When the inquiry form is available and you contact us, we collect your name, work email, business name, language and information you choose to share about your needs. Please do not submit sensitive information through this form.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your inquiry, respond and arrange a potential engagement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Who can access it

Access is limited to Ventelo and providers required to operate the service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. The primary database for our private workspace is hosted by Supabase in the Canada Central region. Some provider processing may occur outside Quebec.

Retention and deletion

Inactive prospect inquiries and reports are retained for up to 12 months, unless an applicable obligation or ongoing engagement requires otherwise. Contract and accounting records follow a separate policy. Retention is managed through manual review and deletion of records; automatic deletion is not currently configured.

Meetings and artificial intelligence

This form does not record audio. A diagnostic starts with structured notes and a consultant-reviewed report. Any future recording and AI processing will be explained before collection, with a recording-free option.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not include advertising pixels or session recording. The private workspace uses cookies required for authentication. An external booking service has its own privacy policy.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted or withdrawal of consent.
